How much does shipping cost within Canada?
We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $149 within Canada. For orders below this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
What is your return policy for racquets?
Unused racquets with the plastic wrap still on the handle can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-strung racquets are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional racquet stringing services?
Yes, we provide professional stringing services for tennis, squash, and badminton racquets. You can select your preferred string and tension online when purchasing a new frame.
How long will it take to receive my order?
